CABINS AT DUNROMIN LTD is a family run holiday let business. We arrange the booking and provision of holiday rental accommodation. We Collect information about you as part of the business process and functions. The information includes your name, address, telephone number and email address and in the event of returning payments bank account details are required.

• Communicate throughout the process of your booking and managing your holiday experience.

• Carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and the Owner.

We wholly manage the cabins ourselves and as such your information is not shared with anyone.  The council may request  our booking information, this is solely for the purpose of ensuring we are complying with planning laws.

How do we treat your information?

All details you give to the Owner at any time will be kept for the period of your booking, holiday and such reasonable period thereafter. We keep your information securely and do not share this with third parties other than as set out in this statement. Only names, contact details and booking preferences will be used for marketing purposes unless you are informed otherwise when you provided the information.
